At Zen Agro Foods, we take pride in providing high-quality dehydrated and vacuum-packed food products. Our policies ensure fairness while maintaining product safety.

1. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

Refund or replacement applies when:

·        Product is damaged, tampered, or seal broken on arrival

·        Incorrect product delivered

·        Verified quality issue before Best Before date

📝 Mandatory: Provide photos/videos of product, packaging & invoice within 24 hours of delivery to:

2. Non-Eligible for Refund / Replacement

Refunds are not applicable for:

·        Opened / partially used products

·        Incorrect storage after delivery

·        Expiry during customer storage

·        Taste or preference issues

·        Minor cosmetic packaging dents

·        Delivery refusal without valid reason

3. Storage Responsibility

Customers must follow:

We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow label instructions.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

·        Allowed within 2 hours of ordering

·        Not allowed once packed or dispatched

·        Gateway charges may be deducted

Company Cancellations:

Full refund if cancelled due to:

·        Stock unavailability

·        Pricing/listing error

·        Serviceability issues

·        Fraud suspicion

Once shipped → no cancellation

5. Delivery Failures

No refund for:

·        Wrong/incomplete address

·        Customer unavailability

·        Unjustified delivery refusal

Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Replacement Logistics

·        Replacements shipped free of cost where approved

·        Pickup may be arranged if needed

·        If stock not available → refund issued

·        Refund time: 7–10 business days

7. Food Safety Compliance

All products manufactured in FSSAI-licensed facilities.

Customers are responsible for checking:

·        Ingredients & allergens

·        Best-before date

·        Usage & storage instructions

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruption due to uncontrollable events (disasters, strikes, restrictions, delays).
