·        Orders may be cancelled due to service restrictions, pricing error, or fraud risk

Refunds issued where required per company policy.

·        Responsibility shifts to customer after delivery

4. Food Safety Disclaimer

All products are made in FSSAI-licensed facilities.

Customers must follow usage and storage instructions as printed on the label.

 

Zen Agro Foods is not liable for issues caused by:

·        Failure to store/use product as recommended

·        Negligence after delivery

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

·        Third-party logistic delays

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka.
